The Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) Program is responsible for performing routine on-site reviews and/or directed audits of investigator and IRB records, and providing remediation training to the HPHC/I research community. The QA/QI Program also provides oversight of the accreditation activities needed for the human research program protection accreditation by the Association for the Accreditation of Human Research Protection Programs.
